CaNon Harper is an author, speaker, and founder of The Accountability Foundation, Inc., dedicated to empowering youth and young adults through accountability based education. As the creator of The A.C.C.O.U.N.T. Model™, he transforms lived experience into practical lessons on decision making, personal responsibility, and positive life outcomes. His message is simple but powerful: accountability isn't punishment: it's a life skill.

Cari Robinson-Burns
Vice President and Secretary
Cari Robinson-Burns is a certified birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, lactation counselor, and community advocate dedicated to empowering families throughout pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. A Community Doula Perinatal Specialist with Norton Healthcare, Cari combines her background in social work with a passion for maternal health, NICU families, and improving healthcare access for underserved communities. Through education, advocacy, and compassionate support, she helps families find their voice and navigate some of life's most important moments with confidence.
Dave Moore
Treasurer
Dave Moore is an entrepreneur and former owner of FDM Transportation LLC, bringing firsthand experience in business ownership, leadership, responsibility, and perseverance to The Accountability Foundation. As an original member of TAF's Board of Directors, Dave supports the Foundation's commitment to equipping young people with the accountability, decision making skills, and personal responsibility necessary to create positive life outcomes.
